Shipping
We make every effort to get your order to you in a timely manner. In most cases you will receive your order within 7 business days. However, please allow up to 14 days to receive your order.
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at help@wellshroomnessdc.com Your email must include your name, order number, and a photo providing proof of damage.
If the exterior of the packaging is damaged, you must place a claim with USPS. We suggest taking photos to provide proof of the damaged packaging.
If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered, but you have not received it, contact USPS for more information. Once the order has been fulfilled and shipped we are no longer responsible for your order. You must file a claim with USPS.
Refunds are never issued for lost or stolen merchandise
Absolutely! We would love to ship to you wherever you are; however, it works much different than domestic shipping
We normally ship international orders with UPS, however, there are some cases where it is better to ship with DHL or USPS. There is a possibility that there may be duties due at customs that will need to be paid prior to delivery or pick up from your local post office. These duties are out of our control. International orders will be responsible for all shipping costs.
Returns
You will have 7 days after your order has been marked as delivered to notify us of any dissatisfaction with your order and to have the return items postmarked for shipment.
